If you're ever unhappy with Measure for any reason, contact our support team and we'll take care of you.
Our Refund Philosophy
We want every customer to be satisfied with Measure. If you're not happy, we don't want your money. It's as simple as that.
We treat every refund request on a case-by-case basis and always lean toward finding a fair solution. Here are some examples of when we typically grant refunds:
Full Refund Examples
- You forgot to cancel before your subscription renewed and you haven't used the service since the charge
- You signed up but Measure isn't the right fit for your needs
- You were charged after canceling due to a technical error on our end
- You experienced significant issues that prevented you from using the service
Partial Refund or Credit Examples
- You canceled partway through a billing period and have significant unused time
- You downgraded your plan and paid for features you no longer need
- You experienced service issues for part of your billing period
Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. This might happen if:
- We experienced downtime that affected your service
- Our support response was slower than it should have been
- A bug or issue impacted your experience
30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you sign up and decide within the first 30 days that Measure isn't right for you, just let us know and we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@measure.events with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant details that will help us understand your situation
We typically respond to refund requests within 1-2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
